Weir Technologies Inc. provides a lifetime warranty on all fabricated products. If there are any issues with fitment or fatigue, you only need bring the item back to us and we will repair or replace it at no cost. We also guarantee fitment on all our flanges. If something you order does not fit properly please contact us and we will correct the mistake and ship you a proper fitting flange for free. Customer service is extremely important to us! You can email us at: aaron@weir-tech.com If we do not have a pattern that you require, you only need send us a gasket or a .dxf or .dwg file and we can make the flange for you. The cost will be comparable to a flange similar in size, there is no minimum order quantity (except on brand tags for your company).
